We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Consultant with a strong analytical background to help shape client strategies in revenue growth and customer analytics. If you have a passion for applying your STEM skills to solve complex business challenges and want to be part of a team that integrates strategy and data-driven insights, this is the perfect role for you.

You will work on strategic initiatives to enhance revenue growth, optimize customer

journeys, and use data to inform decision-making processes. This role requires both analytical expertise and a strategic mindset to drive impactful change for clients.

• Support in the development and implementation of revenue growth strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Leverage customer analytics and market data to guide strategic decisions and improve business performance.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights that inform business decisions.
• Work alongside senior consultants to define and implement strategic initiatives aimed at improving client performance.
• Apply advanced analytics techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of growth initiatives and make data-backed recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate customer analytics and business strategy.
• Assist in the creation of pricing models, revenue forecasting, and commercial strategies for clients.
• Use data visualization and statistical methods to generate insights and recommend strategic actions.
• Help clients harness the power of data and analytics to drive business transformation, focusing on revenue and customer optimization.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Computer

Science, or a related STEM discipline.

Strong Analytical And Problem-solving Skills, With Experience Using Data

analysis and statistical tools (e.g. SQL, Python, R, Excel).

Interest or experience in growth revenue, customer analytics, and strategic

business consulting.

Ability to think critically and develop creative solutions to complex business

challenges.

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex analytical

concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous learning and

development.

Familiarity with business strategy frameworks and an eagerness to apply

analytical insights to strategic decision-making.

Curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required
