MAIN TASKS :
- Support sales and functional teams in solution design, estimation, and assumptions for assigned accounts, providing technical expertise.
- Assist the Project Manager / Delivery Manager with technical leadership, ensuring the platform meets functional demands and identifying the best solutions.
- Detect and notify risks related to project and client profitability.
- Ensure project progress aligns with scope, schedule, and costs, alerting managers to deviations.
- Guarantee technical objectives are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Supervise effort estimations during testing phases.
- Collaborate on project demos and ensure delivery of technical documentation.
- Participate in developing and training the technical team, enhancing their skills.
- Identify technical Up & Cross Selling opportunities and methodological improvements.
- Contribute to Omega's community of practice through thought leadership, training, and mentoring.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :
At least 3 years of full lifecycle Salesforce.com implementation experience.Experience as a Salesforce.com developer across various modules : Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.Experience with agile methodologies.Proficiency in English at a high level.WHAT WE OFFER :
