Role & Responsibilities

• Interpret and analyse data sets from customer accounts, analyse key patterns and trends that may indicate gambling addiction.
• Review customers on a daily basis and identify any concerning activities related to their gameplay.
• Escalate cases to the relevant departments as required in accordance with internal procedures.
• Identify and escalate suspicious patterns, transactions, and the information obtained.
• Work across multiple jurisdictions, mainly the Dutch market.
• Keep up to speed with regulatory requirements and process changes that will affect customers.
