We are looking for
A driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive (m / w / d) eager to contribute to our sales team’s growth and success.
Your role at BizAway
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing, especially in the first year.
- Research and prospect new clients in the Benelux region.
- Conduct outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other channels.
- Present our solutions to various stakeholders (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.).
- Demonstrate our platform through live demos to qualified prospects.
- Negotiate with potential clients from demo to contract.
- Forecast sales revenue and maintain visibility of your deal pipeline.
- Promote our solution by attending fairs and public events if needed.
- Define quarterly and annual OKRs with the Head of Sales and Team Leaders.
- Collaborate positively with SDRs and the sales team.
- Propose strategies and campaigns to improve sales processes and growth.
Your basic qualifications
Native Dutch speaker with a good command of English (both written and spoken).At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or 2+ years as a top-performing SDR.Proactive attitude : success depends on your effort.Hunger for challenges and continuous improvement.Proactivity in proposing solutions and learning from mistakes.Flexibility to adapt in a fast-changing environment.Additional preferences
