This pivotal role will be responsible for identifying, developing, and executing new business opportunities that expand our distribution, diversify revenue streams, enhance our product offering, and ultimately extend our market reach.
Reporting to the CEO and working closely with ExCo members, you will lead a team of 4 people, foster key partnerships, and play a critical role in shaping the future trajectory of our organization.

Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Vision & Execution : Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with our overall growth objectives.
- Distribution Channel Expansion : Lead and mentor the existing team focused on expanding and optimizing distribution channels.
- New Revenue Stream Creation : Proactively identify and forge strategic partnerships that create innovative new revenue lines.
- Offering Expansion : Lead the identification, negotiation, and integration of new inventory providers to significantly expand our portfolio.
- Market & Category Expansion : Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential new categories of short stays to launch.
Requirements :
A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or a similar growth-focused role.Demonstrated success in leading, mentoring, and scaling business development teams.A strong track record of setting and achieving ambitious targets, identifying and closing significant deals, driving revenue growth, and expanding market reach.The ability to think strategically, identify market opportunities, and translate them into actionable business plans.Highly skilled negotiator with a proven ability to forge mutually beneficial partnerships.Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from conception to execution.Benefits :
