Descripción del trabajoA strong background in the real estate sector, with specific knowledge of Madrid's market and key areas. In-depth business knowledge of real estate, legal, and financial concepts and processes. Advanced English and Spanish language skills. Professional presence, excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivation, and drive to achieve top results. Financially and results-oriented, with the ability to work in an international team. A full-time permanent contract with a competitive salary and attractive variable compensation. 23 days' holiday per year on a full-time basis, plus 2 personal days. Weekly language classes during working hours. Discounts and incentives for well-known brands of gyms, clothing stores, sports, travel, and much more. Extensive initial and ongoing training. We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team and contribute to our growth and success.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of the Madrid property market and excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for :
- List rental properties in target areas and provide expert advice to clients.
- Collect and check all required property documentation and negotiate agreements with landlords.
- Manage client relationships and ensure proactive communication with both landlords and tenants.
- Deal with allocated clients from initial contact until completion and post-completion of the rental deals.
