About the Opportunity
We're seeking a seasoned real estate professional to join our dynamic team in Madrid. As a key player in our growth strategy, you'll leverage your expertise to expand our luxury property portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Madrid's city and its various neighborhoods. You'll be responsible for listing rental properties in target areas, managing client relationships, and ensuring proactive communication with landlords and tenants.
Some of the key responsibilities include :
- Collecting and checking all required property documentation and signing mediation agreements with landlords while adhering to company commission policies.
- Managing the full rental cycle, offering constructive and creative options and solutions for landlords and tenants to close deals.
- Maintaining our CRM updated with clients' requirements and keeping your personal database up-to-date and aligned with commercial needs.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need :
Strong previous experience in the real estate sector, with specific knowledge of Madrid's market and key areas.In-depth business understanding of real estate, legal, and financial concepts and processes.Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.Professional presence, excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivation, and drive to achieve top results.Financial acumen, results-oriented, and able to work in an international team.Proactive attitude, organized, and prepared to work flexible hours.Benefits
