About the Role

As Head of Change & Project Management , you will be responsible for leading the execution of TOLSA’s most critical strategic projects. Reporting directly to the Chief Strategic Transformation Officer (CSTO) , your mission is to turn strategy into measurable results.

You will coordinate cross-functional and international teams without direct line authority, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality project delivery. We're looking for a hands-on leader with excellent project execution skills and the ability to manage complexity in matrixed environments.

• Lead execution of strategic projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and value delivery are met.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams across functions and regions.
• Develop, track, and adjust project plans, KPIs, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues and maintaining momentum.
• Step in when needed to recover underperforming areas and support delivery.
• Facilitate alignment, communication, and engagement across stakeholders and geographies.
• Drive change management strategies to support project implementation and cultural transformation.
• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or similar. Master’s degree or MBA highly valued.
• 7+ years of experience in project and change management, leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong project leadership skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with a drive for execution.
• Highly organized, analytical, and structured in tracking and reporting.
• Experience working in matrixed, non-hierarchical environments.
• Fluent in English (required); French is a plus.
• PMP or similar certification is desirable.
• Availability to travel up to one week per month.
