Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial CEO / CMO to spearhead our marketing strategy, growth, and fundraising efforts. This role is ideal for a leader ready to work initially without a salary in exchange for significant equity, with the goal of achieving profitability within 18 months and establishing YourBrandOnTime as the leader in real-time influencer marketing. Key responsibilities include :

• Leading the €500K fundraising effort, crafting compelling pitches, building investor relationships, and managing funding rounds.
• Driving MVP validation by identifying and closing deals with clients (brands and agencies) for testing and feedback.
• Designing and executing a digital marketing strategy to attract B2B clients and build brand presence in the influencer ecosystem.
• Forging strategic partnerships with brands, agencies, and content creators.
• Aligning MVP development with market needs, iterating based on client feedback.
• Representing YourBrandOnTime at industry events, conferences, and investor meetings.

Important Note : This role offers no salary until funding is secured, which will be one of your primary responsibilities. In return, we provide competitive equity to reward your commitment and leadership during this pivotal phase.
