The Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead this company through its next growth phase. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling technology-driven organizations, securing investment, and navigating the complexities of global markets.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy, aligning with the company's mission and market opportunities.

Global Expansion : Drive the internationalization of the company's offerings, establishing partnerships and entering new markets.

Fundraising : Lead capital-raising efforts, including Series A and subsequent rounds, engaging with venture capitalists and impact investors.

Team Building : Cultivate a high-performing leadership team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and purpose.

Stakeholder Engagement : Serve as the primary liaison with investors, partners, and key stakeholders, articulating the company's vision and progress.

Operational Excellence : Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with strategic objectives.

Candidate Profile

Essential Qualifications :

Experience : Minimum of 10 years in leadership roles within biotech, cleantech, or related sectors, with at least 5 years in a C-level position.

Track Record : Demonstrated success in scaling companies internationally and securing significant investment.

Industry Knowledge : Deep understanding of biotechnology applications in sustainability, urban development, or environmental innovation.

Leadership : Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire teams and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.

Education : Advanced degree in business, science, or engineering; MBA or equivalent preferred.

Language Proficiency : Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
