Are you a top-performing salesperson? A hunter? Do you love the tech / software world and seek an opportunity to sell a hot product with unlimited income potential?
Responsible for pitching Landbot’s products and services to leads, assisting, and closing sales. You will also execute and iterate our sales strategy to boost company performance and identify new business opportunities. The goal is to drive sustainable growth and build strong customer relationships.
You’ll analyze data, provide feedback to the Marketing team, and ensure our go-to-market strategy is effective.
While we’re looking for a ‘closer’, teamwork is essential. Expect to assist at various stages of the sales funnel.
Main functions :
- Achieve monthly quotas via phone, email, and meetings.
- Master the Landbot platform and stay updated with new features.
- Conduct successful business meetings, including platform demos, with pre-arranged prospects.
- Understand prospects’ pain points, challenges, and needs for their specific use case.
- Assist users during the trial period, converting opportunities into customers.
- Optimize, manage, and implement our sales strategy.
- Share customer insights and feedback with marketing and product teams.
- Support the sales team and colleagues to achieve collective success.
- Build, maintain, and expand client relationships.
Requirements :
Proven track record as a top performer with at least 3 years of experience in a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup.Experience with mid-market customers.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to build trust.Experience conducting video conference meetings comfortably.Resourcefulness in solving conflicts and problems autonomously and efficiently.Strong negotiation skills, including preparing for negotiations and reviewing sales documentation.Experience with modern CRM tools like Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar.Fluent in English and Spanish, both verbal and written; additional languages are a plus.Experience in the chatbot / communications automation industry.Knowledge of Digital / Conversational Marketing.Hiring Process :
