The role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and lead impactful Salesforce initiatives in a dynamic environment.
Contract Length : Initial RFP Support (2-3 days / week from June 30th); Full Assignment from September / October (subject to RFP win)
Languages : French and Spanish required; English proficiency expected
Location : Ideally based in Madrid, Spain (Remote flexibility possible)
Utilisation : Part-time initially; Full-time from September / October
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client-facing workshops to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Define solution architecture and lead the design and build of Salesforce implementations
- Drive the delivery of Salesforce Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Sales Cloud solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and business users
- Support the RFP process with client interactions and solution design from June 30th
- Ensure best practices in Salesforce configuration, integration, and deployment
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and delivery teams
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Solution ArchitectProven expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Sales CloudStrong understanding of business processes and solution designExperience with MuleSoft integration and API-led connectivityExcellent communication and facilitation skills in French and SpanishAbility to lead workshops, manage stakeholders, and drive solution deliveryFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and Salesforce DevOps practicesTechnical Knowledge
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant) preferredExperience with :Salesforce platform configuration and automation
MuleSoft integration with Salesforce and third-party systemsAgile / Scrum methodologiesCI / CD tools such as Copado or GearsetUser story creation, backlog management, and sprint planning
