HQ - Senior Commercial Counsel (Madrid)

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Commercial Counsel to join Job&Talent’s headquarters team. In this role, you will be pivotal in supporting the business by reviewing client contracts, ensuring consistency in high-risk clauses, and assisting with contract remediation. You will work closely with various departments to ensure contracts are in force, valid, and meet the company's operational needs, including assignments of receivables to our working capital SPV.

What you'll be doing...

• Supporting the business by reviewing client contracts
• Seek to achieve consistency in high-risk clauses in contracts
• Assist with contract remediation of current contracts
• Ensure contract terms allow for assignment of receivables to the working capital SPV
• Ongoing audit of contracts to ensure they are in force, valid, correctly extended or amended
• Improve J&T's standard template T&Cs
• Create a playbook on negotiating contracts and key clauses
• Work with Ironclad contract management solution
• Collaborate with country managers and local counsel in different jurisdictions
