We are looking for Customer Service Agents with Dutch to join our Team located in the city of Valencia. Living in Valencia or surrounding area is required.

Your main responsibilities will be :

• Answering repair calls and coordinating customer service with the team of repair technicians.
• Answering calls about product enquiries and accompanying the customer until the sale is closed.
• Offering customers products such as warranty extensions and insurance for their appliances.

We are looking for people with native or bilingual Dutch and commercial and / or customer service experience. Fluency in Dutch is a must, as calls will be handled in Dutch.

You must be available to work from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 20 : 30 pm and Saturdays from 9 am to 17 : 30 pm .

You will work rotating morning, afternoon and central shifts.
