Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through multiple communication channels including phone, email, chat, and social media
- Demonstrate outstanding communication abilities, such as active listening and empathy, to tailor each customer interaction
- Provide clear guidance to customers, helping them find the best solutions while ensuring a positive and memorable experience
- Recognize customer concerns and relay relevant feedback internally to support process enhancements or development
- Collaborate effectively with team members while also being capable of working independently
- Contribute to high customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering an excellent overall service experience
Skills and Qualifications
Native or near-native fluency in Dutch (C1 level), both spoken and writtenProficient in English, with a minimum of B2 level competencyPrior experience in hospitality or other customer-facing environments is preferredStrong interpersonal and problem-solving skillsAbility to stay organized and efficient in a dynamic work settingComfortable using digital tools and communication platformsBenefits
