We are seeking a HR Service Delivery Manager for our Barcelona (Cornellà) office.

Their objective will be to : Lead the coordination of the workforce administration, HRSD, international mobility, and labor relations teams. Their mission will be to ensure efficient human resources management and promote a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities : Team Coordination :

• Supervise and lead a team dedicated to labor administration, international mobility, and labor relations.
• Manage / lead Group projects related to HRSD (HR Service Delivery).
• Lead a four-person team, setting goals and providing guidance to ensure effective execution of responsibilities.
