Your role and work environment :
We seek a talented and enthusiastic Business Lead to join our Home & Protection Tribe. This team is responsible for offering ING's retail customers transparent and competitive mortgage loans profitably. Your goal is to provide customers with the best opportunities to purchase their dream home and to minimize attrition by offering tailored solutions to existing mortgage customers.
ING Spain aims for strong growth in Mortgages. In this role, you will lead the commercial activities to achieve this, managing your area to maintain market consideration, volume growth, and profitability. You will also develop the pricing strategy and ESG agenda for mortgages.
Your key responsibilities :
- Develop and inspire your team, fostering collaboration and individual growth.
- P&L responsibility for Mortgages, shared with other leaders.
- Improve mortgage products throughout the full cycle, including in-life management.
- Develop and implement mortgage pricing strategies in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Manage complex transformation programs to improve processes, income, and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales and efficiency targets through distribution channels.
- Stay ahead in mortgage regulatory and ESG developments.
- Design and execute area priorities and strategies based on market trends.
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and drive improvements.
- Challenge the status quo, promote initiatives, and facilitate collaboration across teams.
- Contribute to the product strategy and overall tribe goals as part of the leadership team.
- Represent your area and share best practices internally and externally.
- Build strategic partnerships to accelerate growth.
- Foster communication and alignment within the leadership team.
