You will advise and support individual employees or teams, lead roles and management on issues relating to team constellations, commitment, conflicts, development and empowerment as well as HR trends and innovations You are responsible for preparatory payroll accounting for the tax consultant and manage correspondence with authorities, health insurance companies and other external HR-related contacts You contribute to the optimization of various HR processes along the employee lifecycle You clarify labor law issues, if necessary with the help of external consultants You take on the processing and analysis of all relevant KPIs on your own initiative A university degree, ideally with a focus on HR management or employment law or training with a specialization in HR management Ideally, you already have at least 1 year of experience in a HR officer role or similar in a dynamic corporate environment (services, project business, private equity, IT, consulting, etc.) You enjoy operational HR work in the areas of HR support, development, planning and controlling as well as payroll You also enjoy consulting and find it easy to maintain an overview. You enjoy a complex, agile and very dynamic environment as well as a direct and close exchange with employees, internal stakeholders and management Fluency in German and English is essential
