We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide high-quality technical assistance to our clients. This role involves providing onsite and remote IT support for issues related to computers, printers, hardware, and software.
- Provide onsite and remote IT support for issues related to computers, printers, hardware, and software.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and respond promptly to all inquiries.
- Log, update, and resolve tickets in our ticketing system, documenting solutions clearly.
- Create and maintain internal and external knowledge base articles.
- Support hardware and software inventory management.
- Assist in the planning and execution of hardware refresh cycles.
- Handle corrective maintenance and manage warranties with third-party providers and vendors.

To succeed in this role, you should have :
