Overview
We are looking for a curious, culturally interested, travel-loving individual who enjoys reading and writing. Someone analytical, passionate about understanding why things happen and how society functions. Knowledge of trends, technology, and AI tools is essential. The candidate should value data, be creative, conceptual, storytelling, proactive, innovative, problem-solving, self-managing, collaborative, and design-conscious. A genuine interest in advertising is a must.
Responsibilities
- Analyze competitive environments.
- Identify insights and participate in qualitative and quantitative research.
- Create creative strategies and brand development.
- Manage information sources and tools, both internal and external.
- Directly manage local and international clients, advising on communication strategies.
- Participate in cross-functional projects within the One Strategy area.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in creative strategy, branding, communication, marketing, or media agencies.Experience in identifying and creatively utilizing insights.Experience managing creative briefs and projects related to communication and creative strategy.Proficiency in qualitative, quantitative, and digital research.Strong statistical analysis, data management skills, and familiarity with data sources and tools.Excellent English skills for managing clients, projects, inspiring teams, and making fluent presentations.Experience in the financial sector and a strong understanding of economics, markets, and finance.Experience with international and multi-country projects.Additional information
