Continuous Improvement Manager

Descripción del trabajoLiderazgo en la gestión del cambio y transformación organizacional. Peer influence , con capacidad de influir y movilizar equipos sin autoridad directa. Dominio en change management , facilitando la adopción de nuevas metodologías y tecnologías. Conocimiento avanzado en WCM y TPM . Capacidad analítica y resolución de problemas. Habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo. Experiencia en gestión de mejora continua en entornos industriales. Conocimiento en herramientas de análisis de procesos y gestión de proyectos
La persona seleccionada será la responsable de liderar la transformación del sistema productivo de las fábricas mediante metodologías como World Class Manufacturing (WCM) y Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) , asegurando resultados sostenibles. Se centrará en la identificación de oportunidades de mejora , el rediseño de procesos y la implementación de estrategias de eficiencia .
Responsabilidades clave :
- Analizar procesos existentes y detectar ineficiencias.
- Implementar metodologías de mejora continua ( WCM, TPM ).
- Gestionar la rotación del personal operativo con estrategias de retención y capacitación.
- Integrar nuevas tecnologías derivadas de inversiones de capital sin afectar la estabilidad operativa.
- Fomentar una cultura de excelencia y compromiso en la organización.
