We are looking for a motivated and analytical intern to join our Productivity and Innovation team as a Continuous Improvement Engineer . This internship is ideal for a student or recent graduate passionate about process optimization, data-driven decision-making, and digital tools that enable operational excellence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in mapping and analyzing business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support the development and implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.
• Collect and analyze operational data to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with teams across departments to drive process standardization and efficiency.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Provide support in the use and development of digital tools for process improvement, including Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Apps.
• Participate in workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
