Your mission is to help us find and onboard the best tech talent. You'll be part of a dynamic team, driving innovative recruitment strategies and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Your focus will be to :

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier IT professionals through diverse sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with company needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job requirements and create targeted hiring plans.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and build a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and ensure compliance with legal standards and best practices to continually improve processes and uphold integrity.
