We are looking for : A

Senior Legal Counsel

who will be responsible for the legal affairs of the company. Your role includes providing legal counsel to the board of directors, CEO, and other senior management. This position focuses on the legal department but also involves providing practical business solutions to emerging issues.

Your responsibilities include :

• Drafting and examining legal documents such as informed consents, terms and conditions, IT, real estate, GDPR agreements, and TPA.
• Providing legal advice to various company departments and coordinating with external international lawyers.
• Maintaining business records like minutes of meetings and supporting legal proceedings.
• Providing legal guidance to office staff on matters affecting the organization.
• Ensuring compliance with medical device regulations, including classification, labeling, and marketing restrictions.
• Conducting product and service risk assessments and managing compliance and risk mitigation strategies.
• Participating in official meetings related to the company's future development.
• Creating rental agreements and contracts with partners and providers, coordinating with external lawyers.
• Implementing corporate governance practices and managing complex stakeholder issues.
• Preparing board materials and staying updated on legal and regulatory changes.
• Drafting and solidifying contracts, privacy policies, terms and conditions, and other legal documents.
• Supporting international expansion efforts.
• Researching legal issues impacting the company.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations across jurisdictions.
• Overseeing advertising and marketing compliance for medical devices.
