The EY Innovation Spanish team is part of a larger innovation studio network spread across the world, where we aim to help our clients capture growth opportunities and overcome present and future challenges by combining a design-driven approach with strategic and business sense.

Currently, we seek to strengthen our Strategy & Innovation team in Madrid through the addition of a Manager to participate and lead projects at both national and international levels.

Your responsibilities :

• Play a key role in projects by leading day-to-day execution while supporting and developing individual team members, taking overall responsibility for project execution and end products.
• Contribute to the analysis, design, and implementation of actionable and tailored solutions for our clients, working closely with them to ensure positive impact and sustainable results, guided by our leadership team.
• Become a true leader, inspiring others. Work collaboratively with the team but also autonomously, following strategic directions. Demonstrate analytical, quantitative, conceptual thinking, and strong communication skills to ensure successful project completion and team performance.
• Handle various project phases, gathering and analyzing large volumes of mixed information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing recommendations for clients with a strategic mindset.
