About the role : We seek a full-time Senior UX / UI Designer (Marketing-Focused) to craft engaging user experiences, focusing on marketing landing pages, ads, and branding initiatives. The role requires designing responsive visuals from concept to completion, maintaining brand consistency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include :

Creating marketing materials and visual content

Ensuring brand consistency

Developing visuals for campaigns

Conducting user research and analysis

Developing information architecture and user flows

Planning usability testing and iterating designs

Ensuring accessibility and inclusivity

Designing user interfaces and prototypes

Producing detailed assets and design systems

Collaborating with teams and stakeholders

Managing multiple projects and maintaining high quality

Requirements :

At least 5 years of professional design experience, preferably in B2B, agency, tech, or freelance work

Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

Expertise in UI design using Figma and Adobe Suite

Web design proficiency with a focus on UX principles

Organizational skills for systemic design

Ownership, problem-solving, and communication skills

A strong portfolio demonstrating print and digital work

Experience with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop a plus
