User Experience Design Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and user-centric UX Designer with 5-6 years of experience to join our team and collaborate on a remote project for one of our clients.

What are we looking for?

We seek a UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, compliant, and engaging web applications that manage connected access control systems.

You will help shape a responsive, cloud-hosted IoT platform enabling users to monitor and control automatic doors and access points remotely, in compliance with IEC60839 and related security standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct user research and journey mapping related to access control and security management.
• Design scalable web interfaces that work across devices using responsive design principles.
• Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes with tools like Figma.
• Extend existing design systems and UI libraries, ensuring consistency with brand and accessibility guidelines.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and security teams to define interfaces reflecting system health and user control.
• Perform usability testing and iterate based on feedback and analytics.
• Ensure designs meet IEC60839 standards, including logging and auditability of access events.
• Design for real-time IoT environments, handling edge cases and connection states.
• Document UX decisions for collaboration and participate in agile practices.
