About the role :
The Senior Manager Medical Education & Affairs serves as a scientific and medical education expert, acting as a key link between Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and the organization. This role focuses on peer-to-peer HCP education, including educating clinicians about the product portfolio, addressing scientific inquiries, developing regional medical education programs, and providing strategic insights to support commercial functions. The manager ensures KOL collaboration, monitors competitive activities, and delivers accurate, balanced product information to enable informed decision-making.
Necessary Duties and Responsibilities include the following :
- Design and execute KOL-driven programs, such as hands-on labs, webinars, and podium presentations, aligned with company goals.
- Identify influential experts, maintain an accurate KOL database, build peer-to-peer relationships, and respond to inquiries.
- Gain deep product knowledge, address technical inquiries, deliver educational presentations, and engage in scientific discussions with KOLs.
- Plan and oversee educational projects, advisory board meetings, and other initiatives from start to completion.
- Gather insights from KOLs, competitors, and market trends, and share findings with marketing and sales teams.
- Develop and conduct scientific training for internal teams, distributors, and other stakeholders.
- Stay updated on clinical research, competitor activities, and regulatory standards, while adhering to ACCME and industry guidelines.
- Provide monthly updates on key activities, accomplishments, and future plans to management.
You are :
Advanced Degree (preferably RPh, PharmD, MS, DO, MSN, PA, NP)Scientific expertise in a relevant therapeutic area.Advanced English + Proficiency in any other European language is a plusExperience in the medical industry10 years of experience in the medical device industry2 years of experience in the operating room, preferably in breast surgery / breast aesthetics3 years of medical education and trainingWillingness and ability to travel internationally up to 50% of the timeOur Benefits :
