About The Role

The Senior Manager Medical Education & Affairs acts as a scientific and medical education expert, serving as a key link between Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and the organization. The role involves peer-to-peer HCP education, including clinician training on the product portfolio, addressing scientific inquiries, developing regional medical education programs, and providing strategic insights to support commercial activities. The manager ensures effective KOL collaboration, monitors competitive activities, and delivers accurate, balanced product information to support informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute KOL-driven programs such as labs, webinars, and podium presentations aligned with company goals.
• Identify influential experts, maintain a KOL database, build peer relationships, and respond to inquiries.
• Gain deep product knowledge, address technical questions, deliver educational presentations, and engage in scientific discussions with KOLs.
• Plan and oversee educational projects, advisory boards, and other initiatives from start to finish.
• Gather insights from KOLs, competitors, and market trends, sharing findings with marketing and sales teams.
• Develop and deliver scientific training for internal teams, distributors, and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on clinical research, competitor activities, and regulatory standards, adhering to industry guidelines.
• Provide monthly updates on activities, accomplishments, and future plans to management.
