International Financial Services Support Specialist

Finance and Accounting Trainee
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance and Accounting Trainee to join our team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to Mercedes Benz Austria and Switzerland customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customer queries related to invoicing, payments, master data, reconciliations, and dunning via email and telephone.
- Execute tasks such as invoicing, master data, and dunning.
- Interact with our center in Philippines and several departments of Mercedes Benz Austria and Mercedes Benz Switzerland.
- Utilize SAP and Microsoft Dynamics systems to perform tasks efficiently.
- Participate in process improvement sessions to identify areas for enhancement.
