Are you ready to embark on a transformative journey and seek a dynamic environment to grow your skills and aspirations Are you open to a role where you can make an immediate impact Discover the exciting opportunity to join Axpo as an HR Specialist within HR Services International.

What you will do :

  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle from entry (excluding recruitment) to exit ensuring all administrative processes are completed and HR systems are up to date.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for international employees line managers and HR colleagues across Axpo entities worldwide on HR administration and personnel management topics.
  • Oversee payroll coordination and manage monthly payroll processes across multiple countries within the scope of HR Services International (30 countries / entities).
  • Take ownership of global mobility setups such as international assignments split contracts relocations etc.
  • Provide insights and ensure the issuance of contractual documents; maintain updated contractual templates and labor law knowledge by liaising with external providers.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly FTE and other business-requested HR reports.
  • Contribute to the annual Compensation Review Cycle including issuing contractual updates and implementing payroll changes.
  • Support the setting up of new entities / branches including establishing agreements with providers and creating contract templates.
  • Lead or participate in various national and international HR projects and initiatives such as HR software implementation and process optimization.
  • Drive the implementation of the Global Service Delivery Model (GSDM) by centralizing and standardizing HR administrative processes across functions and regions.
  • Contribute to different HR initiatives and projects to strive for harmonization efficiency and customer satisfaction

What you bring & who you are :

  • Bachelors or masters degree in human resources or a related field
  • Several years of experience in HR administration and personnel management within an international matrix-based environment
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse cultures in a dynamic setting
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Adaptability and openness to change with a proactive mindset toward new ideas and process optimization
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SuccessFactors and SAP HCM is a strong advantage
  • Business fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages such as German French or Spanish is a plus
