En QUIXOTIC estamos buscando a dos Account Executives de Ventas dinámicos y motivados para unirse al founding team. Este rol es ideal para aquellos que tienen pasión por el SaaS y la sostenibilidad, y están listos para impulsar el crecimiento de nuestra plataforma en el sector energético.

Buscamos candidatos que sepan vender a comercializadoras energéticas, con experiencia comprobable en B2B Enterprise, high ticket preferiblemente SaaS. Si además vienes del mundo de la energía, mejor.

El candidato ideal será responsable de identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, gestionar relaciones con clientes y alcanzar las metas de ventas establecidas, documentando todo en el CRM con excelentísimo detalle.

Responsabilidades

  • Identificar y contactar potenciales clientes a través de diferentes canales (teléfono, LinkedIn, email), cualificándolos de manera rápida y efectiva.
  • Mapear los diferentes roles dentro de una organización, con el objetivo de acceder al decision maker de la manera más efectiva posible.
  • Mantener y fortalecer las relaciones con clientes actuales y potenciales, así como partners.
  • Realizar presentaciones de productos y demostraciones para clientes.
  • Preparar ofertas, negociar términos de ventas y cerrar acuerdos con clientes.

Requisitos

  • Los candidatos deben estar en España y tener permiso para trabajar en España.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • Inglés y Español (la entrevista podrá ser en Inglés dependiendo del entrevistador).
  • Mínimo de 2 años de experiencia en ventas, preferiblemente en el sector energético o SaaS.
  • Comprensión de CRM, herramientas de gestión de tareas y herramientas de Google.
  • Disposición y pasión por la comunicación con el cliente final.
  • Mentalidad analítica (funnels de ventas, análisis de procesos, etc.).
  • Orientación a Resultados : Enfoque analítico, y acostumbrado a alcanzar y superar objetivos de ventas.
  • Capacidad demostrada para negociar y cerrar acuerdos de ventas.

  • Experiencia o formación en energía / renovables.
