What You Will Do In This Role :

As an Engagement Manager, you will :

• Onboard Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), explaining marketplace value, opportunities, and setting expectations.
• Activate technical consults and Go-To-Market planning sessions.
• Manage ISV pipelines through proactive outreach, ensuring support for publication deadlines.
• Nurture relationships via emails and meetings, tracking progress.
• Troubleshoot program-related issues faced by ISVs.
• Promote content, events, programs, and actions.
• Collaborate with the ISV Technical Team to support technical activations.
