- Be the first point of contact for clients, delivering a strong first impression and growing your portfolio.
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping businesses integrate advanced cloud technologies into their operations.
- Identify new business opportunities for small and medium-sized businesses to thrive using cloud solutions.
- Work closely with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers to maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collect and communicate customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
Requirements :
Native or proficient in Dutch, with fluency in English.1-2 years of experience in IT sales, account management, or customer success.Bonus : Experience with MS Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions, or a Microsoft Fundamentals certification.Competitive salary : 24,000 to 32,000 gross / year.Full-time contract with a structured schedule : Monday to Thursday 9 : 00 to 17 : 30, Friday 9 : 00 to 16 : 30.Paid training to help you succeed in your role.Work in a modern office located in Malaga, close to the beach, with a vibrant and supportive team.Additional perks like Spanish lessons and referral bonuses.The Process :
