Position Overview :

We’re looking for a Head Of Getting Marketing Shit Done with at least 5 years of experience, (but if you have less and want to prove us wrong—please do!) If you’re a doer who loves growth and isn’t afraid to dive in and make things happen, we’d love to talk! Your role? Get marketing done, fast and smart, to blow past the competition.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as a founder – Take full ownership, make decisions, and push things forward.
• Own marketing and growth of the company.
• Fail 9 times out of 10, to find something that finally works.
• Analyze data and pivot fast to keep things growing.
• Keep iterating, testing, and optimizing for acquisition and retention.
• Be the customers’ advocate.
• Get things done. That’s the game.
