Graphic Designer

The Norman Foster Foundation (NFF) is seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our team on a full-time, in-person basis. This position is ideal for someone at an early stage of their professional career who is eager to grow within an international cultural foundation committed to excellence in architecture, urbanism and design. This role is presential at the NFF in Madrid.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Production :  Lead the design and layout of printed publications, including the Foundation’s annual report, brochures for architectural projects and academic publications.
• Departmental Support :  Assist different departments with a range of graphic design projects, from event materials to communication assets, ensuring a cohesive visual identity throughout.
• Project Management :  Work in parallel on multiple projects, effectively prioritising tasks and adapting to changing deadlines.
• Collaboration :  Collaborate closely with the communications team and all Foundation units, providing high-quality design solutions that enhance outreach and visibility.
• Flexibility :  Maintain a flexible approach, adapting to the varied needs of a dynamic foundation environment.
• Quality Assurance :  Prepare print-ready files and oversee colour correction, photo editing and typographic precision to professional standards.
