As IT Support, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support. You will work proactively to identify and resolve issues, with the goal of continuously improving customer satisfaction. Our ideal profile has a strong customer orientation, dynamism, and proactivity, as well as an agile mindset :

• Solid knowledge and demonstrable experience in SQL.
• Relational database : ORACLE
• Operating Systems : Microsoft Windows / Windows Server
• Tools : SQL Developer, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams...).
