About the Role : The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for leading and executing recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent to the company. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring for a variety of roles within the fintech and tech industries. As a key member of the HR team, you will work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand staffing needs, drive the recruitment process, and enhance the candidate experience.
Responsibilities : Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including job requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering positions to candidates. Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to define job descriptions, requirements, and hiring criteria. Develop and implement creative and effective sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for both technical and non-technical roles. Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, ensuring high-quality service and adherence to timelines. Conduct interviews, provide feedback, and guide hiring managers through the decision-making process. Create and implement employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the fintech industry. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidate profiles, interview feedback, and offer statuses. Monitor and report on key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment best practices, ensuring the company remains competitive in attracting top talent. Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by ensuring a fair and unbiased recruitment process. Manage onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on recruitment within the fintech, tech, or financial services industries. Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring for a variety of roles, including technical and leadership positions. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, talent mapping, and the ability to utilise various sourcing tools and platforms. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR tools. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail. Knowledge of the fintech industry and the ability to attract top talent with specialised skills. Fluent in English (additional languages is a plus).
