As Talent Acquisition & HR Manager, you will be at the heart of Be Keen’s growth strategy by ensuring we attract, onboard, and retain the best talent across all business functions. You will take the lead on all aspects of recruitment, support smooth onboarding experiences, and handle ongoing HR needs including contracts, performance follow-up, and organizational development.
This is a hands-on and strategic role that combines operational HR tasks with long-term talent planning, in close collaboration with the leadership team and hiring managers.
Your role will involve the following responsibilities :
TALENT ACQUISITION
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes : job scoping, posting, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
- Work closely with managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key roles across departments
- Collaborate with external platforms (ex. DEEL) when needed
- Ensure an inclusive and value-driven recruitment process aligned with Be Keen’s
DNA ON-BOARDING & INTEGRATION
Design and implement a seamless onboarding journey for new hiresCoordinate welcome kits, training plans, and introductions with relevant teamsFollow up on first-month integration and ensure positive employee experience from day oneImprove onboarding processes continuously based on feedback and growth HROPERATIONS & CULTURE
Draft and manage employment contracts and freelance agreementsKeep up-to-date records of all employees and consultantsMonitor probation periods and performance milestonesServe as the main point of contact for HR-related matters (leaves, evaluations, etc)Assist with payroll coordination and local labor law compliance in collaboration with external providersSupport the leadership team in shaping company culture, team rituals, and wellbeing initiativesQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
5+ years of experience in recruitment and HR, preferably in an international or multicultural settingBackground in retail, fragrance, luxury, or creative industries is a plusFluency in English (French or Spanish a plus)Strong understanding of employment practices across Europe and / or AmericasKEY SKILLS
