The company operates across multiple international regions, with semi-autonomous offices managing their own finance, operations, HR, and legal functions. Group Finance centrally manages accounting policies, consolidated financial reporting, and audit oversight across the organization.
Purpose of the Role
- Lead the finance and management reporting function at the country level.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and relevant financial information for stakeholders.
- Serve as a strategic business partner to the local leadership team, supporting profitability, financial control, and decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare financial and management reports in line with IFRS and internal group policies.Supervise the local finance team and coordinate with regional and global finance functions.Streamline and improve financial workflows, processes, and reporting.Establish and monitor internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance.Oversee treasury operations and cash flow management.Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts.Provide analysis of financial results, KPIs, trends, and business drivers.Support business planning and act as a financial advisor to the General Manager and department heads.Manage the external audit process.Liaise with tax authorities, legal consultants, and regulatory bodies.Develop and mentor finance team members.Key Stakeholders

Qualifications :
Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or equivalentMinimum 5 years post-qualification experience in a multinational environmentAt least 3 years of proven managerial experienceTechnical Experience :
Strong knowledge of IFRS and local GAAPExperience with taxation and transfer pricingFamiliarity with large ERP systems (Oracle highly preferred; SAP or Microsoft Dynamics acceptable)Required Competencies
