Digitalization of Pharma 4.0 Operations. eBR / MES, Advanced Analytics, AI. GMP & FDA Compliance

OYTEC, a company specialized in the Digitalization of pharmaceutical, cosmetic and biotech Operations with an important consulting and project development unit in the area of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Advanced Analytics - IA solutions, needs to incorporate into its staff an Enterprise Account Executive who is responsible for promoting and leading sales in those areas assigned to him.

The Position

  • The Account Executive is an experienced eBR / MES sales professional responsible for finding business opportunities and managing Life Sciences customer relationships. You will be responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base. We expect you to be a reliable professional able to achieve a balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach.
  • The goal is to find opportunities and turn them into long-term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction.

Requirements and Skills :

  • At least 2+ years of experience in sales for eBR / MES & Advanced Analytics
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling into enterprise accounts in the Life Sciences market
  • Experience selling in European market.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with a desire to learn and continuously improve.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.

  • Responsabilities

  • Perform sales activities in European market.
  • Hitting sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Succeed in meeting sales targets.
  • Collaborate with and support Operations Managers, Project Managers, Recruitment Managers and Software Engineers during Technical Pre-Sale activities.
  • Recommend, influence, and initiate new sales & marketing ideas and activities.
  • Plan, forecast and contribute to new sales & marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Actively participate in sales processes improvement.
  • Maintain and update all sales data in CRM.
  • Prepare and present weekly / monthly reports.
  • Develop and maintain positive working and personal relationships with existing customers.
  • Develop long-term trusted relationships.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities within existing accounts to generate additional sales.
