We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interaction Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing world-class interaction design solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of work, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Designing User-Centric Solutions :
Transform business requirements into tangible digital experiences that provide clear, usable, and desirable outcomes.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs and preferences.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need :

8+ years of experience working as a designer within a Corporate Design Group or reputable Design Consultancy acting as a lead or principal.

Extensive experience providing digital experience in mobile environment.

Track record of working in close collaboration with key project teams members, including user experience researchers, proposition managers, products owners, tech leads, developers, strategist, service designers, visual design preferably in a multi-site environment.

Documented experience of software design solutions that have been released to the market.

Extensive knowledge / experience in modern project management methodologies (e.g. agile, lean UX).
