What will you do as a Freight Bill & Audit Specialist?

The FBA&P Assistant is responsible for coordinating and preparing freight billing data, ensuring all documentation is processed accurately and timely. This role involves direct contact with suppliers and requires delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external customers of the department.

What is the purpose of your contribution?

• Ensure all costs are received and processed promptly to bill charges to customers and maintain contract cash neutrality.
• Support the FBA&P Assistant Finance Manager in building analysis and reports, including customer recharge.
• Proactively resolve queries on-site with other departments, such as clearing invoice rejections and reconciling statements monthly.
• Own the rejection log and dashboard to display the department's status.
• Reconcile carrier statements.
• Provide analysis and data to the FBA&P Assistant Finance Manager.
• Coach other departments on process resolution.
