Our aim is to improve people's health and quality of life across the globe.About the jobWe are looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition based in Barcelona, Spain, to lead and further develop our Talent Acquisition function. In this role you'll have a unique opportunity to shape our TA process and best practices, work with senior business leaders and directly contribute to our company's further growth. Apply now & join our fantastic People Team.Your responsibilities- Lead team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, drive culture of performance excellence & continuous improvement.- Ensure all key positions are filled on time across multiple countries and departments- Implement and closely monitor key TA KPIs to improve and successfully manage the overall screening, interviewing & hiring process.- Build strong talent pipelines and where required engage with talents throughout the recruitment process, lead Executive Recruitment.- Design TA processes, increase the efficiency & quality of the recruitment and ensure an engaging and memorable candidate experience.- Understand business requirements and build strong relationship with business stakeholders.- Lead Headcount planning across the organisation- Take care of TA budgeting and TA costs monitoring- Coordinate and nurture relationship with external TA providers- Drive best practices and further develop TA tools and systems.- Drive Employer Branding initiatives, lead various TA related projects.- Lead by example and never stop improving.What you need to be successful- You enjoy working with both people & data and have 5+ years of experience in leading international Talent Acquisition teams- Experience and intrest in creating robust recruitment processes- Proven experience in a fast-paced and high-growth work environment - speed is our currency as we launch multiple locations every month.- You have reached expert level in using LinkedIn, Indeed / Glassdoor and have interest in Employer Branding- A can-do & will-do attitude as well as excellent work organization skills.- Excellent communication skills in English and ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.- Self-motivation and hunger for success, never accepting results lower than impressive.- Nice to have :
