The Area After Sales Manager implements the regional After Sales strategy in the respective European market / region, which is critical to establishing the Grenadier's credibility in the market and works cross-functionally with the wider After Sales team.
ensure contractual setups with local partner workshops & roadside assistance partners are operating in line with KPIs and SLAs.
Actively interact and manage After Sales business relationships with VIP and fleet customers in collaboration with the Regional After Sales Manager to minimize downtime and ensure a best-in-class experience.
Execute Grenadier training blueprint locally, focusing on parts, service, and warranty, enabling the partner network to deliver top-tier service. Monitor regional financial targets, perform performance analysis, and report on KPI achievement and projections to partners and management.
Oversee regional warranty spending, align with Senior Manager After Sales on actuals and projections.
Extensive experience (10+ years) in regional parts & service networks, with proven involvement in OEM / IAM After Sales activities, including managing service partners and executing strategic initiatives.
Strong commercial, aftersales, and relationship-building skills within workshop / service environments.
Fluent English and proficiency in German, French, Spanish, or Italian is essential.
