What Were Looking For

As a Senior Data Architect / Data Platform Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our data infrastructure to ensure seamless experiences for our customers and drive business growth. You will manage the development and governance of our data platform, ensuring it is reliable, scalable, and optimized for advanced analytics.

In this role, youll lead a team of data engineers and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design, build, and maintain a high-quality, cloud-native data ecosystem. Your work will be critical in enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization, powering everything from internal dashboards to real-time product features.

• Team Leadership and Mentorship : Lead and mentor a team of skilled data engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Data Platform Modernization : Redesign and modernize our existing data platform using the latest tools and technologies to enhance efficiency, accessibility, and scalability.
• Cross-Team Collaboration : Collaborate closely with data analysis and product development teams to ensure efficient, reliable, and scalable data pipelines that contribute to informed decision-making.
• Data Quality Governance : Establish and enforce data quality frameworks, governance policies, and monitoring tools to ensure high data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Compliance Security : Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security best practices, minimizing risks related to data access and management.
• Innovation and Testing : Test new approaches by creating Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and conducting benchmarks to continuously improve our data platform.
• ETL / ELT Excellence : Develop, optimize, and maintain ETL / ELT processes to ensure high-quality and consistent data, supporting the integrity of our analytics and insights.
• Best Practices and CI / CD Methods : Build robust pipelines for continuous integration and deployment (CI / CD), streamlining software delivery and enhancing efficiency in collaboration with development teams.
