Job Description

As a license manager, you will play a key role in our team in the planning, control and further development of our license management. You are our central point of contact for all license requests and ensure that our software products are always used by our customers in a cost-effective and license-compliant manner.

Your work is crucial for designing efficient processes in license management and for avoiding economic and operational risks due to incorrect licensing - today and in the future.

As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our clients' license portfolios, reducing complexity and increasing cost efficiency in license management. You negotiate with internal and external stakeholders and ensure that software products are managed efficiently throughout the software lifecycle in compliance with licensing requirements.

Tasks :

• Central contact for all license requests from our customers and stakeholders
• Planning, control and further development of license management
• Ensuring the economical and license-compliant use of software products
• Avoidance of risks due to incorrect licensing
• Support for software audits and customer projects on licensing issues
• Independent organization and negotiation of software and maintenance contracts
• Participation in the development of a new license management system and the optimization of SAM processes
