IT Controlling / IT Procurement Officer (m / f / d)

This is how you support us

  • Expertise in procurement of hardware, software, and IT services, involving relevant stakeholders
  • Manage licenses, contracts, suppliers, conduct tenders, and document purchasing processes
  • Identify and realize optimization and savings potentials
  • Develop budgets, forecasts, and prepare financial reports alongside invoice processing
  • Handle IT controlling, supplier security checks, and recertification of IT assets
  • Implement outsourcing management and third-party risk management, considering DORA requirements
  • Support projects and plans in IT compliance with empathy and commitment
  • You will enrich our teams

  • Successful studies in business administration, economics, or computer science, or a completed commercial apprenticeship in a comparable environment
  • Knowledge of contract law, legal drafting, and proficiency with figures
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, conceptual thinking, and team spirit
  • Negotiation skills and assertiveness
  • Place of work : Frankfurt am Main
