We are seeking a forward-thinking Digital Marketing Leader to spearhead user acquisition and retention strategies across Europe. This role demands a hands-on approach to managing cross-functional campaigns, optimizing digital channels, and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute integrated campaigns, focusing on iOS and Android platforms.
- Develop and implement mobile user acquisition strategies, leveraging paid media, social advertising, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and App Store Optimization (ASO).
- Manage digital channels, including paid media, social advertising, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and ASO.
- Analyze performance data to provide clear reporting and insights to stakeholders.
- Coordinate creative assets with the Design team to maintain brand consistency across digital touchpoints.
- Foster collaboration with regional marketing teams to ensure alignment and support.
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on mobile user acquisition and performance-driven environments.Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Iterable, and Google Analytics.Data-driven mindset with a practical understanding of marketing KPIs and funnel metrics.Fluent in English & Spanish; additional European languages are an asset.Desired Skills
