Job Description

We are currently looking for a Audiovisual Production Manager, for a permanent position to join our team in Barcelona.

The Production Manager is responsible for managing the production of all technical elements for various high-end special events.

The position requires someone who is detail orientated and has strong knowledge of event video, lighting, sound and rigging production.

The ideal candidate should be able to manage multiple projects, prioritize workflow and support a multidisciplinary team.

Effective communication skills are a must in order to communicate extensively with clients and production staff efficiently.

Responsibilities Include :

• Working with our production team and to design and prep all events, including the creation of gear and crewing lists.
• Perform site visits with clients and event teams
• Work closely with sales team and to understand client needs and requirements
• Checking that the necessary crew and gear is requested for lighting & AV events.
• Coordinating with our freelance technical staff on what is expected of them for each job
• Coordinating with other related vendors to make sure there is a smooth onsite working environment
• Oversee production staff on event locations and ensure client production needs are met
• Work with our shop to manage company inventory and rentals from vendors when necessary
• Maintain a working knowledge of audio, video, lighting, and staging gear.
